A discussion on trademarks for businesses. This will be geared toward learning and understanding the role that trademarks have in a business, including considerations in choosing a trademark, what is protectable, how rights are established and maintained, how to protect the trademarks you own and proper usage.

Julie E. Reitz | Partner at Honigman LLP  

Julie Reitz is an intellectual property attorney with significant experience in assisting large organizations manage their global trademark and copyright portfolios. Her clients include national and multinational clients with distinguished intellectual property portfolios. She provides counseling and collaboration on worldwide use, registration, and protection for her clients.
