outside counsel for a roundtable discussion on current hot topics for Minnesota
employers, including diversity and inclusion, employee speech in the workplace
and on social media, and the myriad of employment law issues related to
COVID-19, such as leave and accommodations, remote work, workplace safety
protocols, vaccination policies, and litigation trends. The panel will provide
recommendations and share best practices for in-house counsel navigating these
challenging and quickly-developing
issues.
