Live Webinar Description:

This presentation will discuss how the new rules affect what needs to be documented for chronic pain and for headache cases.  We will discuss the rules relating to the type of headaches a person has and what documentation in the medical record is deemed necessary based on the alleged type of headache.  We will also discuss tips related to helping clients get the proper documentation and chronic pain requirements.
