Legal Issues In order to further our mission and accomplish our goals, the MSBA monitors important issues affecting the legal profession. Through committees, sections, and the Legislative Committee of the Assembly, the MSBA is able to facilitate discussion, create networks among the legal profession and the community, and advance MSBA legislative positions.
