Program Description: SMRLS will hold estate planning clinics in conjunction with local community partners in Southern Minnesota after receiving buy-in from communities served. They are seeking pro bono attorneys who have experience in drafting wills, Power of Attorney forms, Healthcare Directive forms, and/or Transfer of Deed upon Death forms to volunteer at in-person clinics throughout southern Minnesota during the summer and fall of 2022. Clinics will be one-time events with administrative support provided.
Approximate time commitment: 4 hours per clinic
