Justice G. Barry Anderson will moderate a panel of current and former chairs of the Minnesota Judicial Selection Commission, including George Soule (appointed by Gov. Jesse Ventura), Eric Magnuson (appointed by Gov. Tim Pawlenty), and Lee Sheehy (appointed by Gov. Mark Dayton). The panelists will discuss considerations and processes for recommending appellate judicial candidates for appointment.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at noon.
