Domestic Preference Laws: Buy America, Buy American, and More

Event Description

Deadline to Register: May 6, 2015

Whether you contract directly with the Government, or provide supplies and equipment to a company that does, chances are that domestic-preference laws apply.  This program provides an overview of the Federal domestic-preference laws that construction companies and their suppliers most often encounter, with a focus on the waiver process, mandatory-disclosure requirements, and enforcement mechanisms.  This program also addresses some practical compliance strategies for suppliers, including flow-down provisions and indemnification agreements.
