Learn about the Supreme Court’s
decision in Burks v. Metropolitan Council and its impact on how data about
multiple data subjects are to be handled. We will hear from an attorney for the
Metropolitan Council, learn what impact the decision has had on the Commissioner
of Administration’s data practices advisory opinions and have a discussion of
the practical applications of the case with three data practices practitioners.
