We Need to Talk - Burks and its Impact on Data Practices

Learn about the Supreme Court’s decision in Burks v. Metropolitan Council and its impact on how data about multiple data subjects are to be handled. We will hear from an attorney for the Metropolitan Council, learn what impact the decision has had on the Commissioner of Administration’s data practices advisory opinions and have a discussion of the practical applications of the case with three data practices practitioners.
