Campus assault has been a hot topic in the
news the last few years. Often an assault on school grounds
results in both criminal investigations by police and investigations by the
school. Experts in criminal justice and school disciplinary policy will discuss many
of the issues raised by dual investigation, including the right to
counsel, discovery, and access to the investigative data.
This CLE is approved for
credit through April 16, 2019.
