bono clients with information about government benefit programs. In this
important and informative session, you will learn about many of the major state
and federal benefits programs: what services they offer, what populations they
serve; program requirements; and much more!
The presentation will also include a discussion of how to
handle dischargeability litigation in bankruptcy cases arising from overpayment
of benefits
