Celebrating the Achievements of Sergeant Lindsay Herron

The Animal Law Section’s Annual Meeting will be a celebration of the great work done by Sergeant Lindsay Herron as an animal-crimes investigator for the Minneapolis Police Department, who was recently named one of America’s Top 10 Animal Defenders by the Animal Legal Defense Fund.   Sergeant Herron will discuss her role in the investigation of over 80 cases of animal cruelty/animal fighting in Minneapolis, including the challenges of investigating and ultimately prosecuting these crimes.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at noon.
