Steve Beseke, a nationally recognized speaker, author and consultant on resiliency, and Dave Bateson, a practicing litigation attorney and consultant, will share an hour long program on how to be a more resilient attorney.  The program will cover what resiliency means, what are the key components of managing our emotions and stresses in the practice of law, and how improving our resilience leads to more professional and personal satisfaction.  Beseke and Bateson will offer some practical skills you can use in your day to day life to begin improving your own resilience and how each of topics covered connects to the day to day practice of litigation attorneys.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
