While
comprehensive immigration reform may have receded into the background with the
114th Congress, there are still some important proposed legislation and President Obama’s executive action. This CLE will explore current legislative issues and proposals, analyze the constitutionality and legal arguments surrounding DAPA, anticipate the potential impact of legislation on employers, professionals, and families, and provide insight into how individuals can get involved.
Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30. The program will begin promptly at noon.
