Opinions
from the United States Tax Court come in three formats:
(1)
regular opinions
(2) memorandum opinions, and
(3) summary opinions
The
presentation will cover the significance of each of the types of opinions, as
well as non-opinion orders that are issued by the Tax Court.
Lunch
will be available at 12:00. The presentation will begin at 12:30
p.m.
