This presentation will discuss the science behind detrimental air and
moisture movement, vapor diffusion, air leakage, and how these phenomena can
cause damage to building, and where responsibility for this damage can
potentially reside. Mr. Remington will be discussing technologies used in
the analysis of air and moisture movement, and present several case
studies. Mr. Remington is a practicing engineer having performed over a
hundred exterior wall evaluations and design projects, and he has served as an
expert witness.
