Panelists will explore recent trends in Minnesota law regarding religious accommodations from both the Plaintiff's and Defendant's perspective, including: facilitating an accommodation request, undue hardships, and best practices for investigating a claim made by an employee for failure to accommodate religious beliefs or practices.
