Hot Documents, Hot Water

Event Description

Deadline to Register:  Monday, March 21, 2016

Whether they come from your client, a corporate mole, or just appear in your office, handling confidential or privileged documents outside of discovery can be rife with pitfalls for the unsuspecting employment lawyer. Uncovering another party’s e-mails with their attorney can lead to other problems. Eric Cooperstein will discuss these and other gnarly situations facing labor and employment attorneys.

Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m.
