"Best Practices for Depositions" will provide legal
practitioners with valuable insights into the most effective strategies and
methods for conducting successful depositions. Attendees will learn about the
crucial elements of deposition preparation, questioning techniques, and handling
difficult witnesses. This CLE program also addresses the latest legal
developments and considerations relevant to depositions, arming attorneys with
the knowledge and skills required to excel in this vital aspect of
litigation.
