We are hiring family law lawyers with 2-5 years experience to serve our clients in the metro area and beyond.
At Johnson/Turner, you will have support of an amazing team designed to prop you up to be successful in your practice and serve clients in a meaningful and transformative way.
• You will spend your time creating strategies for cases, advising your client, negotiating settlement in ADR settings, working with opposing counsel, and arguing in court.
• You will not spend your time doing tasks that others could. You will not bill by the hour or keep track of your time. You will not attend initial consultations or be responsible for obtaining clients.
• You will receive a competitive base salary. You will also participate in a formulaic monthly incentive plan that transparently shows you what you’ll earn based on your very attainable performance metrics.
