Chief Compliance Officer

Allina Health, based in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a dynamic, distinguished executive to serve as its next Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). The CCO will provide overall direction of the Allina Health Compliance and Privacy Program in support of the mission and strategic goals of Allina Health. This position will report directly to Penny Wheeler, M.D., President and CEO, Allina Health and the Board of Directors.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, while a Master’s Degree, Law Degree, certification in healthcare compliance (CHC, CHC-F, CHRC and/or CCEP), or other advanced degree is preferred. In addition, candidates must have an outstanding record of achievement with at least ten years of experience in healthcare and knowledge of all elements of corporate compliance in relationship to healthcare delivery, including strategy, business planning, operations and finance. Prior leadership experience, ideally at the executive level in a complex integrated healthcare delivery system or physician-centric organization is strongly desired. The successful candidate will also be a transparent and collaborative leader comfortable spearheading and supporting change, rather than identifying fault, in a complex environment.
