Jump Start Your Practice

practicelaw contains many different resources.  One of these resources is the "Jump Start series."  These 70  checklists, summaries and synopses span over a dozen different practice areas, including business law, probate and estate planning, and real property.

The MSBA worked with member attorneys to develop these resources to help you get your practice up and running.  Representing the buyer in a closing? practicelaw has a checklist for you.  Representing the seller? There's one for that too.

Whether you're just hanging your shingle or need a quick refresher, the Jump Start series is there for you.

practicelaw also includes several resources from MLM, including a Roadmap to Start and Run a Law Practice.  Other resources include sample client letters, such as contingency fee agreements, engagement letters, and termination letters.
