Live Webinar Description:

A combination of regulatory requirements and practical tips regarding the implementation of the No Surprises Act.  The presentation will cover the ongoing practical evolution of the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process and available resources to support provider compliance with key requirements such as good faith estimates and balance billing.  We will also discuss recent case law and legal challenges to No Surprises Act rulemaking and implementation.
