Hear from two experienced labor and employment lawyers, one on the employer side and one on the union side, regarding the impact of the NLRB’s recent McLaren Macomb decision on terms used as a matter of course in many severance and settlement agreements. The panel will also discuss how counsel for employers and employees may want to advise their clients as a result of this decision.
