Event Description
It’s not enough to aim for diversity. Organizations only
fully realize the benefits of diverse teams when they run inclusive
organizations. When employees feel included, they’re more engaged. This higher
engagement has an effect on profitability, team morale, and retention. People
working in inclusive workplaces also tend to have better physical and mental
health. This presentation discusses the latest research on HOW to ensure that
your legal office is inclusive, including running inclusive meetings, giving
non-biased feedback, and hosting inclusive work
events.
This CLE is offered both virtually and in-person. Those
that come in person will receive a light lunch with registration. In-person
spots are limited so register today!
