variants slow down environmental law developments. Join us for a panel that will
provide quick updates on a wide range of environmental law developments.
Topics will include the Supreme Court decision in West Virginia v. EPA,
Minnesota legislative inactions, PFAS developments, Minnesota court decisions,
the EPA AAI Rule changes and more.
