With all we have been through
these last two years both in our professional and personal lives, many lawyers
are feeling exhausted, discouraged, stressed, and “burned out.” We know
that burnout, and the chronic workplace stress that leads to it, has a
significant impact on our lives and our health but may not realize the impact it
has on our ability to be meet the ethical standards of our profession.
This timely program explores the impact of stress and burnout on our
professional responsibilities and the imperative to address it to avoid harm to
our clients and ourselves.
