have previous experience with criminal expungement in order to participate in
the Pro Bono Clinic. A recording of a recent expungement training is available.

Join the RCBA New Lawyers for their annual volunteer event! This year we are providing
pro bono legal advice to low income clients seeking criminal expungements.
Attorneys will work with clients to write criminal expungement petitions.
Clients will represent themselves in court.
CLE Credits:
A
Lawyer may claim 1 hour of standard CLE credit for every 6 hours of pro bono
legal representation that the lawyer provides. Contact the program you volunteer
through, or the CLE Board for details.
