Join Office of Police Conduct Review Director Imani Jaafar and Interim Minneapolis City Auditor Ryan Patrick for a discussion of civilian oversight of police in Minneapolis and how state law impacts what access lawyers and the public have to information on police misconduct cases across Minnesota.
