Description:
Who are LGBTQ+ individuals and what legal rights do they
have? At the beginning of June, less than half of states offered protections for
LGBTQ+ people. What has changed in light of the recent Supreme Court decision in
Bostock v. Clayton County? Learn why this decision matters, what it changed, and
what work still needs to be done.
The RCBA
Diversity Committee will present their annual Exellence in Diversity Award to
the Mitchell Hamline School of Law Mobile Law Office at the beginning of the
presentation. Congratulations to the MHSL!
The program begins at 2:00 p.m. and will conclude at 3:30 p.m.
