Description:
This CLE will focus on the basics of Minnesota's administrative law process, including contested case practice at the Office of Administrative Hearings. The CLE will provide an overview for any practitioner interested in expanding their practice into representing parties before the OAH, and is particularly suitable for attorneys who wish to provide pro bono and low bono representation, and law librarians who may receive questions about administrative law issues from pro se parties.

The CLE program will run from 3:00 pm to 500 pm.
