In this presentation and discussion,
Judge Richelle Wahi and Research Analyst Ellen Bendewald will discuss the
findings and recommendations of the recent report on jury race data from the
Committee for Equality Justice.

Corey Sherman is the Training
Director at the Minnesota Board of Public Defense. She previously served for
over 14 years as an assistant public defender in Ramsey County.

Judge Richelle Wahi was appointed
to the bench in the First District in 2016. Prior to her appointment, Judge
Wahi was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum LLP
and a Conciliation Court referee in Dakota
County.
Ellen Bendewald | Research Analyst, State Court Administrator's
Office
Ellen Bendewald is a
Research Analyst at the State Court Administrator’s Office.
She was previously a performance analyst at the Minnesota Department of Employment and
Economic Development..
