This program will focus on insurance topics and
issues that all corporate counsel should know. After this program, you will
understand how insurance policies are structured, the differences between common
coverages, and how and when those coverages apply. This program will also
discuss what to do if a claim is potentially covered by insurance as well as
common issues that can arise in litigation that is covered by insurance.
