Discussion of Johnson v Darchuks Fabrication and OAH Update

HCBA’s Workers’ Compensation section is back! Please join us for a lunch hour CLE discussing Johnson v. Darchuks Fabrication, the recent Minnesota Supreme Court case that applied treatment parameters to long-term opioid use.  We will have attorneys from both sides of the case to discuss facts that didn’t make it into the decision, provide their thoughts on oral argument and answer any of your questions about this important new case.  Bonus attendee will be Judge William Marshall to provide a quick update on OAH’s improvements to their online system and the latest news on COVID protocols.
