Employers have had
many decisions to consider since the start of the pandemic. will share the
latest updates from the EEOC and some of the common claims they are hearing from
employers and how to protect against those claims. They will discuss:
- White House OSHA vaccine/testing mandate
- What are employers’ obligations regarding workplace health
and safety during coronavirus?
- What rights do employees have with regard to vaccination?
- How should employers handle requests for religious or
medical exemptions from vaccine mandates?
- How should employers respond to concerns raised by employees
about the employers’ compliance with COVID restrictions? About customers’
compliance?
- How to defend a claim by an employee who alleges they were
wrongfully terminated after raising a concern about COVID
compliance?
