Join an engaging panel discussion
featuring Referee Houghtaling, Referee Sedillos, and Judge Siegesmund. Our
speakers will highlight and provide their impressions of critical issues facing
housing court practitioners and other stakeholders now, including past and
recent developments involving the fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, the
Governor’s Executive Orders, and other significant developments. Plus, hear
thoughts from the housing court bench on how matters may unfold in the upcoming
months ahead. We will also approve the 21-22 HCBA Landlord Tenant Law Section
Officers at the beginning of the CLE.
