Concerns about per and
polyfluoroalkly substances (PFAS) have greatly expanded in recent years as
awareness of the uses and presence of this broad class of chemicals has
grown. From Minnesota’s recent PFAS Blueprint to proposed federal drinking
water regulation, PFAS related actions continue to accelerate. Join us to hear
about current legal, regulatory and technical developments regarding PFAS and
possible future directions for PFAS management.
After the CLE presentation, you are
invited to stay for a brief roundtable discussion of future programming for the
section and what topics you would like to see
represented.
