construction warranties in Minnesota, followed by particular focus on (1) who
can perform remedial work under right-to-repair laws, (2) evidentiary
preservation issues
before and during performance of
remedial work, and (3) inspection rights and obligations if remedial
work is unsuccessful and litigation is
likely.
