With more than 13 years of
professional accounting experience, Corey specializes in business valuations for
small- to middle-market companies performed for a variety of purposes, including
marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, and estate planning. Additionally,
his divorce financial services focus on complex marital dissolution matters
involving self-employed individuals and closely held businesses.
Christopher Olson | Manager, Valuation & Litigation
Services | Baker Tilly US, LLP
Chris is a manager in the Valuation and Litigation Services
practice at Baker Tilly US, LLP. He has over seven years of experience
providing business valuation services for a variety of purposes including marital
dissolution, consulting, management planning, financial reporting,
gift and estate, and tax planning purposes primarily for privately
held business clients. Mr. Olson is an accredited senior appraiser in business
valuation with the American Society of Appraisers. Prior to joining Baker Tilly,
Mr. Olson worked at a Minneapolis based valuation firm as a business valuation
analyst.
