Presentation Description:

A high-level discussion of many timely student loan matters, including federal legislation and state priorities, servicer and other litigation, and the effects of bankruptcy on student loans. Those topics will then be boiled down to demonstrate the practicality of how they affect the daily student loan practitioner.  If you have clients or relatives with student loans, or even if you are a student loan borrower yourself, this hot topic presentation is a must see.
