This CLE will provide a case law update in the field of
eminent domain. Ben will discuss and review some of the key appellate cases
coming out of Minnesota’s appellate courts, including the recent decisions of
Hennepin County v. Laechelt, Minnesota v. Elbert, Minnesota Sands LLC v. Winona
County, White Bear v. Stoddard and others.
