WEBINAR | "Going" to Court during a Pandemic - What to Expect for Your Case in a Time of Uncertainty

Event Description

Online registration is now closed. If you would still like to join, please email kerbach@mnbars.org by 3PM on Wednesday, September 16.

We’re all learning how to adjust and move forward in these unprecedented times. Join us for a discussion with members of the Fourth District civil bench for their input on the following topics and more:

  • What are judges doing with their cases?
  • Are there certain kinds of cases that are not being heard?
  • Do I need to come to court?  Can I if I want to?  Can my client come too? Can we just Zoom it?
  • How are jury trials going to be scheduled?
  • My trial block came and went during the shutdown.  What can I expect next?
  • What would a jury/court trial look like?
