This course will address the appropriate appeal procedures in order
to perfect appellate jurisdiction for relocation benefit appeals under Minnesota Statute 117.52
and Minnesota Statute 14.63. The course will also review the implications
of the recent Supreme Court decision in the case In
the Matter of Midway Pro Bowl Relocation Benefits Claim, A19-0237 (Minn.
App. Jan. 15, 2020).
