In Person CLE Program:

Day of registration and check-in will begin after 11:45 am. The program begins at 12:00 pm.

Program:

This CLE will cover the basics of eviction expungement, from the current impact of evictions on low-income renters to the legal foundations for eviction expungement by motion. This CLE will also talk briefly about the inclusion of expungements as part of settlement agreements, as well as the nuts and bolts of how to bring a separate motion for expungement before the court.
