Event Description
Program:
Know your judge. That is often the first piece of advice that experienced
lawyers give to newer lawyers. But how do you do that? This unique CLE and
reception is a step in that direction.
For the first hour, most of the very newest judges on the Hennepin
County District Court will share background about themselves, their professional
and judicial experiences, and their tips to lawyers about how to effectively
handle cases when you are assigned to them.
In the second hour, the
judges and attendees will mingle at a reception that will allow the attendees to
get to know these judges in a less formal setting.
