Please join us to hear Katie Storms and Penny Helgren discuss their recent cases, which culminated with an argument and decision with the Minnesota Supreme Court.  They will be discussing a case synopsis and the trial Judge’s legal and factual conclusions.  They will also discuss the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals argument and decision.  Finally, they will take some time to discuss how the Supreme Court’s decision may impact the law moving forward with practical pointers for trial court expectations.
