Live Webinar Description:
The program will briefly review the basics of the Endangered
Species Act prior to diving into new species-level guidance for select
endangered and threatened species listed under the Act in Minnesota. The
presentation will also briefly discuss recent cases to keep an eye on. Finally,
ample time for Q&A will be provided.
