Event Description
The First
Round of the Fiscal Year 2024 H1B Lottery is complete and
lots of people are disappointed. Selection rates were quite low; much lower than last
year. This follows a Fiscal Year 2023 where selection rates were a
little over 25% or so. What are the main legal options do employers have and
employees have in light of this environment.
What are the risks? Where are the opportunities if any to be
found?
