Description:
The Social Security Disability Law Section
invites you to join our monthly virtual gathering to learn about
new and/or existing rules and policies and other updates to Social
Security practice.
This month’s topics are on EAJA and District Court
and 8th Circuit developments. Materials from NOSSCR and Charles Hall’s Social
Security News Blog will be circulated.
Please come prepared to discuss and share your questions,
experiences, strategies, and tips. These roundtable brown bag discussions are an
informal forum for you to discuss and ask questions of other
practitioners.
