Minneapolis and Saint Paul voters have
recently weighed in on the political "third rail" of rent control, leading to
new governmental efforts in the area and continued
controversy.
Rent regulations, meanwhile, appeal to the general public
and policymakers, but they also create perverse incentives that work against
affordable housing in the long run.
Attendees will learn about
these developments-and what future events may be brewing-from a panel of
industry leaders, professionals, and others in the know. All landlord/tenant law
practitioners will want to attend and make sure they are up to date on this
critical information.
Come in person and enjoy a social hour afterwards with beverages and snacks
courtesy of Cozen O'Connor. Remote option also
available.
