Live Webinar Description:

This seminar will explore the mediation process in terms of how “success” is defined. We will discuss some common reasons mediations “fail” and touch on the ethics of a failed mediation.  We will also look at the role technology plays in the mediations of today and how to leverage those tools to maximize success.
